This guide explains your options for pickup or delivery* so you can plan what works best for you and your family.
Option 1: Pick Up Your Ragdoll Kitten in Person
We always welcome families who want to pick up their Ragdoll kitten in person. Meeting your kitten face-to-face before the journey home is such a special experience!
Our cattery is located on a peaceful farm just outside Booneville, Arkansas, overlooking the scenic Ouachita Mountains. We’re conveniently located near Texas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, and many of our families have driven in from Georgia and other nearby states.
When you’re ready, we’ll schedule a private appointment for your visit and you can pick up your Ragdoll kitten directly from our home.
More customers who have picked up in person
NOTE: The Ragdoll kitten, according to the law, must travel in a suitable pet carrier which makes thus the traveling safe for your beloved kitten. It is essential for the safety of the Ragdoll kitten.
To make the trip as pleasant as possible, make the carrier comfortable inside, by placing a pillow and a nice blanket; in this way the Ragdoll kitten will feel more secure on the ride home.
Option 2: Airport Pickup – Fort Smith (FSM) or Fayetteville (XNA)
For families traveling from farther away, we also offer airport pickup at the Fort Smith Regional Airport (FSM) or the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) in Fayetteville.
Fly in with major airlines such as American, Delta, United, Allegiant, or AirTran, and we’ll personally meet you at the airport with your kitten ready for the journey home. We do not charge to meet you at these airports.
Want to turn your trip into a getaway? We’re located near Mount Magazine, one of Arkansas’s most beautiful vacation destinations in the Ouachita Mountain region. Many of our kitten families combine pickup with a weekend retreat in the area.
Option 3: Hand Delivery by Car – Safe & Convenient
If traveling to our location isn’t ideal, our licensed Pet Nanny can hand-deliver your Ragdoll kitten by car to your location. From our central position in Arkansas, we offer safe ground transport to families across the United States. Contact us to learn more about scheduling a convenient delivery near you. Delivery costs may be as low as $350 depending on your location. We do not mark up the fee charged by the Pet Nanny.
Option 4: Hand Delivery by Air Travel
Prefer air delivery? No problem! Your Ragdoll kitten can be hand-carried by a licensed Pet Nanny and delivered directly to your nearest major airport. Reputable airlines such as Delta, United, Alaska, American, Allegiant, and Avelo ensure your kitten travels safely and comfortably in the cabin—not in cargo. We do not mark up the fee charged by the Pet Nanny.
If you live internationally, please be aware that shipping into countries where imports are allowed may require additional fees starting at $2,000. These fees are for vaccinations, extended boarding, and pet passport. This fee does not include the delivery to a a major airport near you by a licensed pet nanny.
Option 5: Make your own delivery arrangements
As long as its safe, you are welcome to make your own delivery arrangements.
